These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all quotations, orders, products and services supplied by Fast Print UK Ltd ("Fast Print UK", "we", "us", or "our").

By requesting a quotation, placing an order, or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Quotations
2.1 All quotations are provided without obligation and are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Quotations are based on the information supplied by the Customer and may be revised if specifications, quantities, artwork, materials or delivery requirements change.
2.3 Express and same-day printing quotations are valid only at the time of issue.
2.4 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any quotation before acceptance.
3. Orders
3.1 An order is deemed accepted when we issue written confirmation or commence production.
3.2 The Customer is responsible for ensuring all order details, artwork, specifications, quantities and delivery information are accurate before approval.
3.3 Once production has commenced, orders cannot be amended or cancelled without our written agreement.
4. Artwork and Customer Content
4.1 The Customer warrants that all artwork, images, logos, text and other materials supplied to Fast Print UK Ltd are owned by the Customer or used with the permission of the relevant rights holder.
4.2 The Customer accepts full responsibility for all content submitted for printing.
4.3 Fast Print UK Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order containing material that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.
4.4 The Customer shall indemnify Fast Print UK Ltd against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from the use of customer-supplied content.
5. Proof Approval
5.1 Where proofs are supplied, production will not commence until approval has been received.
5.2 The Customer is responsible for checking all proofs thoroughly, including:
- Spelling and grammar
- Layout and positioning
- Colours and images
- Dimensions and specifications
- Contact information
- Bleed, crop marks and finishing requirements
5.3 Approval of a proof confirms acceptance of all artwork details.
5.4 Fast Print UK Ltd accepts no responsibility for errors contained within artwork approved by the Customer.
6. Colour Accuracy and Print Variations
6.1 Whilst every effort is made to reproduce colours accurately, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.
6.2 Variations may occur due to:
- Printing processes
- Materials and substrates
- Finishing methods
- Customer-supplied artwork
- Screen and monitor settings
6.3 Minor variations in colour, trimming, folding, finishing or positioning shall not constitute a defect.
7. Pricing and VAT
7.1 All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
7.2 Prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on the product or service.
7.3 VAT shall be charged where applicable at the prevailing rate.
7.4 We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors prior to production or dispatch.
7.5 If a genuine pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
8. Payment
8.1 Payment may be required in full before production unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
8.2 All invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice.
8.3 We reserve the right to suspend production, withhold delivery, or refuse future orders where payment is overdue.
8.4 Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
8.5 Ownership of goods shall remain with Fast Print UK Ltd until payment has been received in full.
9. Delivery
9.1 Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
9.2 We will use reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery schedules.
9.3 Fast Print UK Ltd shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Courier delays
- Supplier shortages
- Technical failures
- Utility outages
- Severe weather
- Industrial action
- Customs delays
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
9.4 Risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.
10. Quantity Tolerance
10.1 Due to industry-standard manufacturing processes, delivered quantities may vary by up to 5% above or below the quantity ordered.
10.2 Such variation shall constitute fulfilment of the order.
11. Inspection and Defective Goods
11.1 Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
11.2 Claims relating to transit damage must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.
11.3 Claims relating to quality or quantity must be reported within 10 working days of delivery.
11.4 We may require samples or the return of goods for inspection before assessing any claim.
11.5 If a claim is accepted, Fast Print UK Ltd may, at its sole discretion:
- Reprint the goods;
- Repair the goods;
- Replace the goods; or
- Provide a full or partial refund.
11.6 Refunds shall not exceed the value of the affected order.
12. Cancellation and Refunds
12.1 Orders for personalised, bespoke or custom-made products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
12.2 Such products are exempt from cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
12.3 Where cancellation is accepted, the Customer shall be liable for all costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast Print UK Ltd excludes all implied warranties, conditions and representations.
13.2 Fast Print UK Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits;
- Loss of revenue;
- Loss of business;
- Loss of contracts;
- Loss of goodwill;
- Loss of anticipated savings;
- Loss of data; or
- Any indirect or consequential loss.
13.3 Our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for that order.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- Any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Force Majeure
Fast Print UK Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control.
15. Data Protection
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
16. Website Information
Whilst we make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our website is accurate and up to date, we make no warranty regarding its completeness, accuracy or availability.
17. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version published on our website shall apply to all future orders.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
